These terms govern use of the Witalias website and local document workspace. The Legal notice identifies the operator and contact details. The Chrome extension is distributed separately.
The sample is free to try without an account. The offer is the first document free and Witalias Monthly at €4.99 per month, including applicable taxes. Subscription availability is shown on the billing page. Trying a document does not create a subscription or authorise a charge. An email-verified account receives one free successful private-copy export. The monthly allowance is 100 supported documents per paid billing period, shared across web and connected extensions, with no rollover. Repeated exports in the same active local document session count once; reopening a document creates a new session. Checkout shows the subscription terms before payment.
Use Documents You Are Entitled To Process.
Use Witalias only with documents you are authorised to access and modify. Respect confidentiality, intellectual property and the rights of people described in the file. You decide whether a particular document may be shared and with whom.
You retain your rights in your documents. Local processing does not require you to grant Witalias a licence to publish, train on or commercially exploit their contents.
Review Before Sharing.
Witalias supplies assistive detection and local editing tools. It does not guarantee detection of every private detail, anonymity, regulatory compliance, a particular legal outcome or compatibility with every PDF.
Review all pages, images and the actual exported file. Keep your original and a suitable backup. Unsupported inputs, failed checks and processing errors do not produce a verified protected document. Read the product limitations before relying on the output.
Third Parties And Open-Source Components.
Uploading a copy to an AI service is a separate action under that provider’s terms. Witalias is independent of the providers mentioned on the website and is not endorsed by them.
Third-party software retains its applicable licences. The packaged notices identify the PDF engine and other components. These terms do not override third-party software licences.
Availability And Changes.
The service may change as the product develops. It is supplied without a promised uptime, support response time or measured detection-accuracy level. Material changes to data handling require updated disclosures.
You may stop using the product, clear your session and remove the extension at any time. Your original and downloaded files remain under your control.
Mandatory Rights And Contact.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
