Text And Selection Limits
Up to 500,000 extracted characters per PDF and 100,000 per page; up to 1,000 findings and 1,000 manual removal areas. Very complex files may be rejected.
Not Supported Yet
Word files, scanned or image-only pages, OCR, password-protected PDFs, interactive forms, signed PDFs, layered PDFs, portfolios and files requiring repairs.
Review Required
Detection is assistive. Images, faces and signatures are not automatically detected. Inspect every page; aliases do not guarantee anonymity.

Protected exports remove original annotations, clickable links, document-level metadata and attachments. Document accessibility tags may be lost.

What Do I Get With My First Free Document?

Your free first document lets you prepare one supported PDF using the same review, alias and removal tools. No card is required and it does not automatically turn into a subscription. The sample is available without an account; your first successful export of your own document is free with an email-verified account.

Can I Subscribe Today?

Subscription availability is checked above before payment. Witalias Monthly is 4,99 € per month, including applicable taxes. The plan includes 100 documents per paid billing period, with up to 20 MB and 50 pages per PDF. No checkout is offered while purchases are disabled.

Will My PDF Still Look The Same?

Witalias keeps the page count, dimensions and surrounding layout. Selected text is replaced or removed, so those areas change. Short aliases help preserve readability. Review the output before sharing; unsupported layouts are rejected.

What If My File Is Too Large Or Has Too Many Pages?

The current limit is 20 MB and 50 pages per PDF. Choose a smaller document or export only the pages you need from your source application. Scans and image-only pages need OCR, which Witalias does not currently include.

Does Witalias Send My Documents To Stripe Or AI?

No. PDF processing and the active alias mapping stay on your device. You decide whether to share the downloaded copy with an AI service. If you subscribe, Stripe handles payment details separately from your document.

How Will Cancellation Work?

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Existing customers can cancel future renewals through the billing portal; verified paid access continues to the end of the paid period. The free document never starts a paid subscription.
